Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You may track your parcel directly through the courier’s website.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.

 



Failed Delivery Attempts

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable recipient

  • Refused parcel

Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

 



Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the parcel and items

  • Description of the issue
